Introduction
Our Mail-Server provides you with a private E-Mail for your personal use. In the following section we will explain how you can connect your Mail-Client to our Mail-Server.
Step 1: Gather Information
Before you begin, make sure you have the following information:
- Email Address: Your club-provided email address.
- Password: The password associated with your email account.
- Username: The Username assigned to you.
All this information is provided to you via the confirmation letter you will receive from us.
Step 2: Open Your Email Client
Open your preferred email client. This could be Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or any other client you use.
Step 3: Add New Account
Navigate to the account settings or preferences section of your email client. Look for the option to add a new account.
Step 4: Enter Account Details
Fill in the required information:
- Your Name: Enter your full name.
- Email Address: Your club-provided email address.
- Password: The password associated with your email account. (Remember that you should have changed the password earlier)
Step 5: Configure Incoming Server
Select the type of incoming server (IMAP or POP3) and enter the server address provided by the club. Set the port number accordingly.

Step 6: Configure Outgoing Server (SMTP)
Enter the SMTP server address and port number provided by the club.

- Username: Username
- Password: Password
Step 7: Test Connection
Once you’ve entered all the details, test the connection to ensure everything is set up correctly. Send a test email to yourself and check if it’s received.
